We are on schedule.
From the moment that we are
awarded the contract, we proceed with the
design. Most Tenant Improvement projects are designed and ready
for submittal within 24 hours. Most New Construction projects are
designed, engineer sealed, and ready for submittal within 1
week. Every aspect of our operation is automated. The plans, calculations, permit forms, and accompanying specifications are printed from one source program. A material list for the job is promptly generated and transmitted to the supplier and/or fabricator. |
| We keep you informed. Our Expediter
will call you from the
Building Department with our tracking number when the submittal is
complete. We will promptly inform you of any comments we receive
from
the fire plans reviewers; however, we follow the prescribed drawing
guidelines noted in NFPA 13 Chapter 22.1.3 to the letter and we should not
have a rejection. We know our jurisdictions and we will get our plans through without
delay. |

Its founder, Wil Holland, has over 24 years experience, working on projects such as Jonathan's Landing Clubhouse, Via Mizner in Palm Beach, and Via Jardin on Clematis St. (the original renovation).
